Reba was a trooper yesterday with her full day of chemotherapy. Today we came back for what we thought would be a quick Neulasta injection. We got here at 9, our appointment time and they let us know the Neulasta must be given 24-48 hours after chemo. Since her last chemo drug was given at 2 pm yesterday we had to wait till at least 2 today, they said. Good information to have for the future!!
So in the meantime they did a blood test and it showed her hemoglobin has dropped to 7.8, which is well below normal range.
Now she is having her third blood transfusion.
So much for a “quick” day.
Thanks for the prayers and support.

We love you family!

Leah and Nik,
We got this link from Lauren and Scott, we keep up with your updates, and we pray for her daily, several times a day, she is so often in our daily thoughts throughout each and every day. Your family is so beautiful, you have been so blessed to have the girls. Have faith God will watch over Reba, she is a little trooper.
